2. Cromer Pier
Cromer Pier is a Grade II listed seaside pier in the centre of Cromer, on the beautiful north coast of Norfolk. On the pier, is the Cromer Lifeboat Station and the Pavilion Theatre. The pier is one of five British seaside piers with a full working theatre which is home to the only end of pier show of its kind in the world! The Comer Pier Show has received 5 star rating, by the famous ‘The Stage’, which is a must see and the pier is now in its 40th year and has been a popular and entertaining pier ever since.

3. The Henry Blogg Museum
The Henry Blogg Museum celebrates the most decorated lifeboatman in RNLI history, who served for 53 years on Cromer’s lifeboats. With Henry’s assistance of his crew, he saved lives of over 873 men from the North Sea.
The museum is in the heart of Cromer, situated on the beach front where you will learn all about Cromer’s history and its lifeboats. It also showcases the shocking conditions and risks they had to work in.
If you plan to visit Cromer, make sure to stop by the Henry Blogg Museum, where you will get an amazing understanding of Cromer’s past and its men, who worked out at sea. There is also the Cromer museum to visit, which is full of interesting history, situated not far from Cromer Church.

4. Cromer Boating Lake
At Cromer Boating Lake is very popular with visitors and there are many boats to choose from, such as single canoes, paddle boats and more. Why not spend the day at the beach and visit the boating lake? There is even a Crazy Golf course to try out and even café!
There are so many things to do and see in Cromer, so why not visit with family or friends one weekend? Visit one of Cromer’s fresh seafood restaurants or relax and enjoy a picnic on the beach! Cromer is known for its crab, so make sure to try some on your visit. If it’s a nice day, Cromer Boating Lake is definitely worth a visit.

5. Cromer Lifeboat Station
Cromer Lifeboat Station is in the heart of Cromer town, in Norfolk and the station operates two lifeboats. There are two lifeboats, one for inshore and the other for offshore. The Lifeboat Station is built on the end of Cromer’s iconic Pier.
All RNLI stations around England’s Isles are organised from Lifeboat institution headquarters in Poole, Dorset. In Cromer, there are two boathouses.
There is also the Henry Blogg Lifeboat Museum to visit on Cromer Pier and the whole town is proud of the man referred to as ‘the greatest of the lifeboatmen’.
At the Cromer Lifeboat Station, you will be able to explore all material provided and you will learn all about the crew members, from the past. The Lifeboat Station is an interesting place to visit, along with the Henry Blogg Lifeboat Museum so why not take a walk along the pier and take a look? There is so much to learn about Cromer’s history!

1. Sheringham Beach
Sheringham Beach is a great place to swim or surf if you fancy a dip in the sea and has lifeguard duty from spring bank holiday weekend to the end of the school summer holidays in September.
The beach is hidden at high tide, which gives you the opportunity to visit the beautiful seaside town of Sheringham. There are many attractions in Sheringham, including the North Norfolk Steam Railway and Sheringham Park itself.
Sheringham is the perfect place to visit if you’re planning to go to Norfolk, whether you are going with friends or family. There are also many family friendly activities and attractions.

2. North Norfolk Railway - Poppy Line
North Norfolk Railway offers a wonderful 5 and a half miles of full size steam engines and vintage carriers. There are 3 beautiful Victorian stations as well as a railway museum and many other things to see and do.
Why not make a day of it with friends or family? There is a little café at the North Norfolk Railway station, so why not relax and admire the steam trains pulling in and out of the station! It also makes a family friendly day out, with many events throughout the year – Make sure to check what’s on before visiting.
You can either park by the station or walk through the beautiful Sheringham Park. There is a visitor centre as well as trails through the woods, where you can walk to the train station. It’s a beautiful walk, although it may be too many miles for people less able.
North Norfolk Railway is set in picturesque countryside, so make sure to explore when you’re in the area!

3. Sheringham Park
Sheringham Park is a perfect example of Humphry Repton’s garden design. Sheringham Park’s landscape park and woodland gardens are famous for their beautiful flowers, rhododendrons and azaleas. The park is open all year and is free to visit, apart from parking charges – But don’t be put off, it’s definitely worth a visit!
At the park, you will experience breathtaking views of Sheringham’s beautiful landscape, from the top of the Gazebo and viewing towers. The Gazebo has 192 steps to climb, so it may not be for everyone – although it has some stunning views to offer!
There is so much nature and wildlife to discover at the park, including Firecrest which is the smallest bird in England! Most of the trails in Sheringham Park are suitable for bikes and the visitor centre offers lockers and a bike park if you need it.
It’s a wonderful place to visit with friends or family - even your furry 4-legged friend can come along and enjoy the woodland and countryside!

4. Sticky Earth Cafe

5. Regal Movieplex
Regal Movieplex is a popular multi-screen cinema in the heart of Cromer town. It’s a great place to go with the kids, especially on a rainy day!
